Job Description

We are looking for photographer assistants for our upcoming graduation ceremonies. No photography experience is required but a great personality is a must! Our company has many career opportunities so this job may be just the beginning.

• Our special events is May 22nd. Training will be provided prior to these dates typically in person on-location. Times will vary by event. Graduation assistants are paid by the photo event, most events require a 4- to 10-hour commitment.
• You will be assisting photographers during graduation ceremonies preparing graduates to have their photo taken. 
• Assisting during ceremonies by tracking graduate names or collecting cards in sequence
• Assisting graduates with completing contact information cards
• Be able to commute to our office in Glendale, AZ. All our events take place in Arizona, no out of state travel is required.
• The wage is hourly from $15 per hour and is based on the experience and proven abilities of the candidate.
• This position requires assistants that are helpful, friendly, open to learning, team-oriented, clear communicators, adaptable in fast-paced settings, and actively working to help photographers successfully execute events.
• Personal vehicle use will be occasionally necessary for some events, mileage reimbursement will be given for personal vehicle use in this case.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be dependable. We expect our employees to have proper time management skills and to work event schedules that they agree to in advance. This includes having the ability to be on-time and adhere to a schedule.
• Candidates must dress in business attire (black dress shirt/black blouse, black slacks, and black dress shoes).
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to interact with graduates, staff and faculty in a professional and appropriate manner

Recommended experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year +.

License/Certification : Driver's License. (Preferred).

Grads Photography began in 2000. Utilizing digital photography and an in-house lab, we have expanded into the elementary and high school picture market with tremendous growth due to superior service and quality products. We currently service over 140 schools with Portraits and yearbooks.
