Prefer candidate is at least available between 8AM and 2PM MT. Other than that flexible.

• Classifications
• Write, review, and update SOP documentation
• Partner internally and externally

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Customs & Trade, Logistics and/ or Supply Chain AND 3 years' experience in Trade Compliance or Import/Export operations OR Associate’s degree & 8 years' experience in Trade Compliance or Import/Export operations OR High school diploma / GED & 10 years' experience in Trade Compliance or Import/Export operations

Preferred qualifications:

• U.S. Licensed Customs Broker
• Experience releasing SAP GTS processes: Blocks, IDIS, EDIS
• Understanding of International Customs and World Trade Organization Regulations
• Understanding of import/export processes in non-US countries
• Versed in key import/export processes including valuation, commodity classification, country of origin determination
• Ability to build working relationships and effectively partner cross-functionally, cross-regionally and at all levels in the organization
• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, collaboration and executive presentation skills

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Must have an LCB or ready to take the test.Prior Pharm or R&D experience.
• Must be able to document processes.
• Must be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization

1) Prior Pharm or R&D experience.
2) Continuous employment (or justification for gaps).
3) Previous experience with writing procedures and light auditing

Pay Rate between $62 - $71/Hr on W2 based on experience.
