Overview:
Huntington Bank, in partnership with Capco, is seeking a senior-level Service Delivery Manager to support the Argo/Teller Program. This role focuses on end-to-end IT strategy execution, roadmap delivery, financial transparency, and team accountability. The manager will be a key liaison between technology and business segments, delivering strategic direction and ensuring operational alignment across IT functions.
Position:
Service Delivery Manager Sr (Argo/Teller Program Support)
Responsibilities:
Manage IT needs for assigned business segment(s)
Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps in collaboration with business and technology teams
Ensure successful execution of technology initiatives and projects
Provide thought leadership and partner with enterprise architecture on strategy
Drive financial planning and transparency (labor/non-labor) for IT initiatives
Validate business drivers and communicate priorities to relevant stakeholders
Ensure accountability and role clarity within the delivery team
Deliver end-to-end project management, including resource planning and execution
Maintain domain and product ownership responsibility
Perform other duties as required
Requirement Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of IT service delivery and technology strategy
ARGO or POS experience is required
Senior-level experience in managing business segment IT operations and cross-functional leadership
Experience with financial forecasting and planning within IT
Candidate Details:
Must be a senior IT leader with 10+ years of experience
Must have proven experience with ARGO or Point-of-Sale systems
Strong communication, strategy execution, and financial planning skills required
Local or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH for onsite work
