Summary:
We are seeking an Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and oversee projects in a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript, React Js, and React, with a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Provide technical guidance and support in Javascript, React Js, and React to team members.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, implementing contingency plans as needed.

Possess strong technical skills in Javascript, React Js, and React, with the ability to provide guidance and support.
Demonstrate experience in managing projects within a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
Have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, contributing to project success.
Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project execution.
Display strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals.
Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
