Salary: $40,000 - $42,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM & 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; flexibility for occasional weekend support

Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and supporting candidates in a variety of ways. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through posted job ads, walk-ins, phone inquiries about available work, and referrals from our employees and clients.
• Extending job offers and ensuring candidates understand expectations to set them up for success.
• Engaging with candidates face-to-face, over the phone, and through email to provide guidance and maintain strong communication.
• Visiting clients to assess staffing needs, conducting check-ins, and ensuring our associates are successfully integrated into their roles.
• Managing recruitment activities, expanding our pool of associates, and contributing to branch revenue growth.

While experience in staffing is preferred, individuals with a background in customer service, retail, or experience within a fast-paced environment where face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email communication are essential will excel in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, we need someone with:

• At least 2 years of customer service or related experience (preferably in fast-paced or retail environments); staffing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals.
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to make confident decisions and contribute to a positive work environment.
