**Responsibilities**
In keeping with the CommonSpirit Health core values the Surgical Technologist I is to function as a team member during the preoperative intra-operative and postoperative phases of the surgical procedure. #Hellosurgicaltechs
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Requirements for a Surgical Technologist I are the following: a) Recent graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist training school or Surgical Technologist training program in the OR; b) Completion of a clinical internship rotation as part of a technologist training program; c) Above average performance rating upon completion of a clinical internship rotation; and d) Completion of Surgical Technologist certification within six (6) months of graduation from Surgical Technologist training school or Surgical Technologist training program.
+ Completion of a Surgical Technologist Training course.
+ Surgical Technologist certification required
+ BLS certification required.
