Responsibilities:

• As an IT Systems Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming technology into opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and evaluating system performance, network integrity, and operational infrastructures.
• Identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Developing, maintaining, and provisioning operational reports and dashboards that provide the status of operational activities, production issues, and key operational metrics.
• Creating data models that illustrate trends within the organization and its business processes.
• Troubleshooting system performance issues and overseeing network security.
• Compiling and analyzing data to identify trends and enhance system performance.
• Conducting regular system audits and collaborating closely with technical staff to ensure system efficiency.
• Documenting issues and solutions for future reference.
• Conducting inspections, maintenance, and testing of systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Generating and presenting reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
• Working with team members to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Ensuring compliance with data management and security protocols.
• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system monitoring.
• Training staff in new technologies and systems monitoring procedures.
