JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite availability required, TUE and WED mandatory in office, 3rd day is flexible)
Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)


Timing: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (BUT MUST BE IN OFFICE 8 HOURS)

Any Travel Required: No

Purpose of Requisition: Replacing a contractor that is leaving



Description:
Are you interested in working in a fast paced, rewarding environment? As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including scheduling and onboarding while creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Oversee the transactions related to the Talent Acquisition model and provide required reports and data in support of regulatory requirements and other Company needs.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in creating a best in class hiring experience scheduling interviews, pre-employment drug screens, background, offer letters and new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Troubleshoot candidate and new hire questions regarding interviews and onboarding. Maintain contact until the inquiry is resolved, including informing of status and resolution.
  • Achieve service-level agreements to ensure a high quality of service delivery (accuracy of responses, timeliness, professionalism)
  • Process all related Talent Acquisition transactions in Workday and provide various reports from the database.
  • Administer tests in compliance with client and EEI Testing requirements.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements as well as satisfying related inquiries from employees and HR customers.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for resolving new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value.

  • Heavy interview scheduling
  • Admin side of recruiting
  • Projects
  • "New Hiring Mondays"- Helping onboard new hires
  • Support high volume of exempt and not exempt reqs
  • Support 2-4 recruiters at a time

  • ALOT
  • Support 3-4 recruiters
  • Emailing, MS Teams, teams meeting, phone

Work environment:

  • Basic office setting
  • Home office when remote

Education & Experience Required:

  • Requires a High School Diploma.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' related experience, with at least 2 years' in HR or a college degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing superior service to customers including but not limited to applicants, HR colleagues, active employees, etc.

Technical Skills (Required)

  • MS Office- Teams, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Ability to embrace Technology
  • Customer Service

(Desired)

  • Workday or other ATS
  • Ability to support multiple recruiters

Soft Skills (Required): Teamwork, Time management, Multitasking in fast-paced environment, Organization, Communication (written and oral), Problem Solving

(Desired): Prefer someone who has worked in a larger company (2000+ employees)- but not required
