**Job Title: Equipment Operator** **Job Description** The equipment operator will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading super sacks of concrete **USING A TELEHANDLER** at a consistent pace of one every 30 minutes to meet production goals. The primary responsibility will be operating telehandlers, with occasional duties such as site clean-up and moving materials. The role does not involve the use of printers. **_YOU MUST BE OPEN TO GETTING OFF THE MACHINE AND HELPING OUT AT THE GROUND LEVEL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE._** **Responsibilities** + Operate telehandlers including JCB 510 and Genie 636 to load and unload concrete. + Maintain a pace of loading/unloading one super sack every 30 minutes. + Assist with site clean-up and material movement as needed. + Ensure all operations comply with safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating telehandlers, especially JCB 510 and Genie 636. + Experience with 5-10K telehandlers. + Minimum of five days per week telehandler operation experience for multiple hours daily within the last six months. **Work Environment** The role is based in an all-outdoor construction environment with 8-hour shifts, five days a week. Day shifts run from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and night shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The workweek totals 40-45 hours per week, offering opportunities for overtime. Relocation options are available for ongoing projects. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
