Title Clerk / Insurance Agent – Motorcycle Dealership
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk and licensed Insurance Agent to join our motorcycle dealership team! If you love motorcycles and have a knack for handling paperwork like a pro, this is the job for you. You’ll be responsible for processing vehicle titles, ensuring legal compliance, and keeping things running smoothly in the title and registration department.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify motorcycle titles and registrations accurately.
Prepare and submit title applications to the appropriate agencies.
Work with customers, lenders, and state agencies to resolve title issues.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title transfers.
Maintain accurate records of all title transactions.
Assist in tracking and managing floorplan vehicles.
Process trade-in and auction purchases, ensuring proper titling.
Collect and verify necessary documents from customers and lienholders.
Stay up to date on DMV regulations and dealership policies.
Provide excellent customer service for title-related inquiries.
Write Motorcycle Insurance Policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a dealership setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of DMV title and registration procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office software and dealership management systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Licensed insurance agent.
