Job Description:

As a Title Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys throughout Nassau County. You will play a crucial role in educating clients about our title insurance products and services, and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within Nassau County.
• Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
• Conduct engaging presentations and educational seminars to promote our title insurance services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the title process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within Nassau County.
• Attend local industry events and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or title insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the Nassau County real estate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Established network of contacts within the Nassau County real estate community is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of title insurance products and services is a plus.
