Core Job Responsibilities

• Assess training needs by engaging with managers, employees, and stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Design and deliver diverse onboarding, orientation, and skills development programs tailored to empower our workforce.
• Develop unique, targeted training content and materials to ensure our team stays at the top of their game.
• Lead training sessions using exciting formats, such as group discussions, simulations, and interactive learning tools.
• Track and assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and ongoing assessments.
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest trends and techniques in training and staff development.
• Manage and track training budgets, and ensure all records, certifications, and expenses are up-to-date.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of hands-on training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in Talent Development, or organizational assessments (e.g., 360 leadership, behavioral styles, emotional intelligence).
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus!
