Location: Agawam, MA
Pay Rate: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage operations across two warehouse locations just 1.5 miles apart, spending most of the time at our larger facility while also supporting the corporate/production site as needed.

This role combines leadership, process development, and day-to-day operational support, with a key focus on creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations & Logistics
  • Oversee all daily warehouse functions: receiving, tagging, lot rotation, shipping, cycle counts, and compliance with FIFO practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (SQF, FSMA).
  • Collaborate with procurement to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Support production by ensuring raw materials and packaging are staged on time.
  • Monitor 3PL compliance and reconcile activities with invoices.
• Leadership & Development
  • Supervise a team of 6 warehouse employees across both locations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
  • Help design and enforce SOPs for inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, and compliance.
  • Foster open communication across departments and support a bilingual workforce (Spanish a plus).
• Safety & Compliance
  • Uphold OSHA and food safety regulations through audits, training, and monitoring
  • Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts when needed.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and corrective actions are taken when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.
• Hands-on warehouse experience plus strong administrative/organizational skills.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and ERP systems (Great Plains preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Safety-focused with the ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Posted Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
