Job Description

Two shifts available:  1:00pm-9:00pm

Pay: $15.75 per hour

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure.
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebasket and trash containers; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers.
• Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
• Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Use and keep up assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high-speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegee for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
• Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments.
• Lock and unlock assigned buildings: secure building when facilities are not in use.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fingerprint background check 
• TB test
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass the fingerprint background requirements
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Skills in the use of equipment used in routine cleaning.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift- 1-9:30 pm
• Monday to Friday

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)

Work Location: In person
