How We Operate: We maintain a nationwide inventory of leads from clients actively seeking our services. Our team works with in-house product specialists to evaluate client qualifications based on age, health, financial responsibilities, and goals. Agents validate client information and schedule appointments to discuss available options. We offer flexible meeting formats, including phone calls, Zoom sessions, in-person visits, or shared meals, allowing for remote, in-person, or hybrid approaches. Agents help clients select appropriate coverage or investment plans and navigate the sales platform for application submissions. Commissions are received directly from the carrier, often as quickly as the next day upon approval.
Compensation: This position features a fully uncapped commission structure with no income caps or minimum quotas. New part-time agents typically earn between $3,000 and $5,000 monthly for 15-20 hours of work, translating to about $70,000 annually. Unlicensed agents can start part-time and move to full-time after training. Full-time agents can expect to earn between $15,000 and $17,000 per month, equating to approximately $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Additional bonuses and rewards from the brokerage and carriers enhance income potential.
