TA Cabinetry Charlotte is one of the largest cabinet warehouse wholesalers in the United States. We operate a over 100,000+ square-foot warehouse near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, stocking over 2,000 cabinet SKUs to serve trade professionals nationwide.
As we prepare for continued growth in 2026, we are expanding our sales team and actively seeking driven, well-connected, and highly experienced B2B sales professionals to work with TA Cabinetry as **independent sales contractors**. These individuals will represent TA Cabinetry in identifying and developing relationships with trade clients.

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, territory management, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our wholesale client base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
**Duties**
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new wholesale clients across assigned territories.
* Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and upselling products to maximize revenue.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that support business development efforts.
* Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
* Manage territory effectively by planning visits, setting appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with clients.
* Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and generate new leads.
**Qualifications**
Residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, or neighboring states who are eligible to work in the United States. May be required to travel to Charlotte occasionally to meet clients or attend events.
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on management or business development.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
* Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling and direct sales approaches.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
* Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos and engaging with clients at all levels.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward territory management and achieving sales targets.
