Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer facing marketing. The Interactive Experiences group is part of Apple Marcom and is responsible for designing cutting-edge digital shopping experiences on apple.com, the Apple Store app, and emerging digital platforms. We also create marketing for Apple Store services and programs.
Writers craft the words that help define the Apple customer shopping experience. They create clear, concise, way-finding copy to guide a shopper through a purchase. They write headlines and body copy (long and short) for direct marketing, retail programs, apps and in-store experiences.
**Description**
Writers on the Interactive Experiences team partner with the world's best Art Directors and Experience Designers to create groundbreaking digital concepts, platforms, and shopping experiences. They also develop copy for technical solutions that may include spatial computing and AI tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write clear, concise, conversational copy that guides a customer through a shopping experience and inspires them to buy Apple products.
- Represent the customer's perspective and be considerate of how we talk to them.
- Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional partners to refine (and refine and refine and refine) copy until it's flawless.
- Clear understanding of copy deck management and copy review processes (including legal and Editing reviews and handoff protocol)
- Keep up to date on the latest Apple products, e-commerce trends, and digital technologies.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ At least 7+ years of experience in a creative-focused advertising agency, digital agency or in-house at a brand.
+ A portfolio that demonstrates strategic insight, copywriting and UX writing talent through marketing campaigns and digital customer experiences.
+ Experience with cross-functional collaboration partnering with UX/Experience Design and Art Directors/Visual Design.
+ Bachelor's degree

**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
