Job Description
:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, assisting with event setup, and ensuring smooth operations during events. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for event planning.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of all event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and vendor management.
Communicate with clients to ensure all event needs are met.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Assist with the creation and organization of event schedules.
Handle administrative tasks such as event registration and documentation.
Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies.
Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred.
