Remote Client Follow-Up Coordinator – Entry-Level | Work from Home | No Experience or Degree Needed

What the Role Entails

As a Client Follow-Up Coordinator, your job is to ensure that no lead goes ignored. Set rules that guide leads through follow-up steps automatically

Clean up logic loops that could result in missed or repeated messages

Test & Troubleshoot Systems

Simulate the full lead journey and test every touchpoint

Fix issues like duplicate reminders, missing tags, or inactive links

Adjust message timing for better engagement
