Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 

Location: Fremont, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary:

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who thrives in deep clinical work but wants the flexibility of working remotely, without sacrificing support, community, or impact?

We’re growing our fully remote outpatient team and are looking for a California-licensed LCSW who is ready to do meaningful work with a practice that truly walks the talk. You’ll work from home, with full clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best—client care.

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide teletherapy to individuals, couples, or families from the comfort of your home — using HIPAA-compliant, user-friendly platforms.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver client-centered, evidence-based therapy.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation in our easy-to-navigate EHR.
• Participate in optional consultation groups and online trainings to stay connected and grow.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of licensed professionals who believe in flexibility, integrity, and real community — even at a distance.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California (must reside in the U.S.).
• Confident in delivering telehealth services with warmth, professionalism, and clinical depth.
• Experienced in one or more evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
• Committed to equity, inclusion, and culturally-responsive care.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a remote caseload with integrity and autonomy.
• Bonus if you’re bilingual, EMDR-trained, or have a niche specialty — but not required.
