Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support to ensure seamless operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor management.

• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met.

• Support the events team in creating detailed timelines and schedules for successful event execution.

• Help manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site check-ins.

• Oversee inventory of promotional materials, supplies, and equipment for events.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and last-minute adjustments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with overall brand strategy and objectives.

• Assist in post-event evaluations to analyze outcomes and suggest improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
